Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given to all members that the NOMINATION FORM AND MOTION FOR GENERAL ELECTION Session 2019-2021 will be held on Saturday, the 23rd of March, 2019 at 2.00pm, Kinabalu Daya Hotel, 88000, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Nomination form (in Microsoft Word format) can be downloaded from www.sepa.my website, and all the nomination forms must be returned to the Secretary by e-mail to sabahsepa@gmail.com or info@sepa.my .

The submissions of nominations forms must be sent before 4pm, by the 23rd February 2019.

NOTICE FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SEPA 2019

Notice is hereby given to all members that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of SABAH ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ASSOCIATION will be held on

DATE : 23rd March 2019 (Saturday)

TIME : 2 pm

VENUE : KINABALU DAYA HOTEL, LEVEL 6, FUNCTION ROOM

 

AGENDA:

  1. President to call the meeting;
  2. To confirm minutes of the AGM 2018;
  3. Report by the Secretary, activities and success stories during the year 2018;
  4. Presentation of the account and financial report by the Treasurer 2018 ;
  5. General Election

 

Please note that:

  1. Only members with updated memberships of the society are eligible to attend and participate in the meeting according to the laws of the society. No proxy attendance or voting will be allowed.
