Notice is hereby given to all members that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of SABAH ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ASSOCIATION will be held on;

DATE : 20th March 2021 (Saturday)
TIME : 2PM
VENUE : KINABALU DAYA HOTEL, LEVEL 6, FUNCTION ROOM

AGENDA:

1. President to call the meeting;
2. To confirm minutes of the AGM 2019;
3. Report by the Secretary, activities and success stories during the year 2019;
4. Presentation of the account and financial report by the Treasurer 2019 ;
5. Adoption of motion;
6. Election of 2021 SEPA Executive Committee.

Please note that;

• Only members with updated memberships of the society are eligible to attend and participate in the meeting according to the laws of the society. No proxy attendance or voting will be allowed.
• For those who are unable to attend physically to the AGM, SEPA will conduct a live streaming to ensure all members can participate.
• For members who wish to renew their annual membership can bank-in to SEPA Alliance Bank account: 100 390 010 004 986
