Notice is hereby given to all members that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of SABAH ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ASSOCIATION will be held via Virtual Webinar ZOOM on the 19th March 2022(Saturday) at 2pm.
For members who wish to attend kindly notify us by providing your email address or your mobile contact to sabahsepa@gmail.com or info@sepa.my by 12th March 2022 in order for us to send the link for participation.
Agenda:
- President to call the meeting;
- To confirm the minutes of AGM 2021;
- Secretary Report for the year 2021;
- Presentation of the account and financial report 2021 by the Treasurer;
- Adoption of motion.

- Only members with updated memberships of the society are eligible to attend and participate in the meeting according to the laws of the society. No proxy attendance or voting will be allowed.
