Notice is hereby given to all members that the Nomination of New Office Bearer, Motions & General Election of Sabah Environmental Protection Association for the term of 2023-2025, will be held in the coming Annual Genaral Meeting on the 18^th March 2023.

Nomination form can be obtained from our website www.sepa.my.

All the nomination forms must be returned to the Secretary latest by 18^th Feb 2023 at 5pm. Submission of the nomination forms and motions (if any) can be done via email to sabahsepa@gmail.com or info@sepa.com.

Notice is hereby given to all members that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of SABAH
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ASSOCIATION will be held at Kinabalu Daya Hotel, KK on
18th March 2023 (Saturday) at 2pm.

It will be a hybrid meeting thus for members who wish to attend kindly notify us by
contacting the Administrator of SEPA at 016-6130699 or Secretary at
sabahsepa@gmail.com by 11th March 2023. Webinar Link will be provided to member who
is unable to attend in person.

Agenda:

• President to call the meeting;
• To confirm the minutes of AGM 2022;
• Secretary Report for the year 2022 – 2023;
• Presentation of the account and financial report 2022 by the Treasurer;
• Motion for adoption (if any).
• General Election.

Please note that:

• Only members with updated memberships of the society are eligible to attend and
  participate in the meeting according to the laws of the society. No proxy attendance
  or voting will be allowed.
